Terms and Conditions for “Holistic Massage” Mobile Massage Service
1. Introduction
Welcome to the “Holistic Massage” Mobile Massage Service. By booking our services, you agree to
comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Booking and Confirmation
• All massage sessions are subject to availability.
• To book a session, clients must provide accurate information and agree to the terms and
conditions.
• Booking confirmation will be sent via email or phone with appointment details.
3. Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of 1⁄2 of the session price, this will be
added to the next appointment price.
• 2 late cancellations without a serious reason and paying the charge may result in refusing
the service in the future.
4. Payment
• Payment is due after the massage session.
• We accept cash payments and bank transfers.
• Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
5. Health and Safety
• Clients must disclose any health conditions, injuries, or concerns before the massage
session.
• The therapist reserves the right to refuse or terminate a session if a client's health is at
risk.
6. Code of Conduct
• Clients are expected to behave respectfully and follow the therapist's instructions during
the massage.
• Any inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate termination of the session. In
that case, a full price will be charged.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
• Client information, including health records, will be kept confidential and will not be
disclosed to third parties without explicit consent.
